When in 1995 Trevor Hames our founder offered to help a friend of a friend by looking after their house and tenants while they were abroad. Being a landlord himself he wasn't entirely new to the task, and he must have done a decent job as soon word spread and more landlords came to him for help. Professional ARLA qualifications were the obvious next step, soon followed by employing someone to help.
