Description

The land is predominately grade 3 on the land classification maps and have soils that have grown strong combinable crops. The land is well divided into good sized enclosures making it suitable for modern farming machinery.
The land has a lapsed permission under application number S/2018/2388/AGP dated 17th December 2018 for a new agricultural building in the centre of the land extending to circa 7200 sqft.

There is a small plantation of poplars and adjoining mixed hardwood but generally there is very little unproductive land.
