'We’ve lived in Factory Number One for a couple of years now and love the community. There’s a lively Whatsapp chat for helping neighbors and everyone is really friendly! The area has been super convenient for us, we travel a lot for work so being a 15 min walk from Temple Meads and a few minute’s drive from the M32 is perfect. Lots of our friends have recently moved to the area and North Street and East Street have some great spots for eating and drinking. Victoria Park and the city farm have been our have lunch time and weekends walks. We can’t stress enough how convenient the location has been!
We love our flat and the open living space it offers, from entertaining friends to plenty of space for us to both work from home. It's worked perfectly for us and we’ll be so sorry to see it go. We’ve taken the big decision to travel to Australia before looking to settle down here and unfortunately it doesn’t make sense for us to keep the flat at the moment, but we hope someone else loves it as much as well!'
