Properties will score how many Wish List items have been matched and will be displayed on each property we suggest to you.

Travel Time Search

We’ve created Travel Time Search to help you find properties that are within a certain travel time to your key locations.

Simply choose your key location, whether it’s a school or train station for example, and select the maximum travel time you’d be happy with as well as your preferred method of transport and we’ll show you all the properties that match your search criteria.

Street search

When you’re looking for a property to buy or rent, our new tool now enables you to search by street name.

You can also save alerts for specific street searches, which is especially handy if you’ve fallen in love with a particular road or want to buy close to friends and family.

Image scrolling

Scroll through images on property listings that appear on the search results page for faster property scanning.

Min and max bedrooms filters

Rather than just selecting the minimum, you can now choose the maximum number of bedrooms you’d like when searching for a property.

Property information

Review helpful additional information (where available) including EPC ratings, internal floor area, broadband and mobile coverage.

Property updates

We now display when a property was added or when it was reduced in price.

Property features on list view

On list view, we’ve replaced long descriptions with clearly listed features for all properties.

Intelligent galleries

Only With Us, Ask The Agent and Reserve Buyers List are now combined into one interactive carousel.

Dynamic price graphs

When selecting your price range, we’ve introduced real-time graphs to give you an idea of how many properties are available.

New icons

Icons have been refreshed throughout the site to instantly recognise features, tools, property types and places of interest.

Filter property types

If you’re looking for a specific type of property such as a maisonette or cottage, you can specify this as a Wish List entry.
