1 Stop Lettings is an independent Agency based on Terrace Road in the beautiful seaside town of Aberystwyth, on the West coast of Wales.

Opened in 2011 by Eirian Rogers, the Managing Director, the agency now has a dedicated team of four, working hard to meet all your property needs.

All our team members have been trained from an apprenticeship and receive continued personal development and training, to ensure we are always up to date with the ever-changing rules and regulations surrounding lettings.

Our team prides itself in our balanced approach of lettings and management. We feel we are friendly and approachable, whilst remaining firm and focused, always ensuring we are doing our very best for you and your property.
