Peter Jones, Paul Servis and Dawn Servis brought Able Estates to life and opened the 1st branch at 511 Abbey Wood Road, Abbey Wood, London, SE2 9HA, in February of 1997.
Two years later, following the success of the 1st branch they opened their 2nd in Northumberland Heath, Erith, Kent DA8 3EX. This secured a prominent market position in both South East London and North Kent.
The aim of the company was not to become a large corporate but to focus on remaining independent, to strive to exceed your expectations, provide you with a personal service and help you move home whether using our sales or lettings services.
Every member of staff is local to the office they work in, which means they have excellent knowledge of the areas we cover, and so can impart that knowledge with you.
25 Years later both offices are still going strong despite the market up’s and down’s over the years.
