Total one off payment of £120
per adult which includes referencing, administration, tenancy preparation, pet
clauses where necessary, deposit compliance, Schedule of Condition taken prior

at the end of the tenancy, and any other requirements.  If a guarantor is required, there is a fee of
£60.
