The company is licensed by the Association of Residential Letting Agents and is bound by The Property Ombudsman code of Practice. We also carry professional indemnity insurance, and Client Money Protection insurance to safeguard owners and tenants against any error on our part.<br /><br />Our office is situated in one of the main streets in Yeovil with a display window to the street where we can advertise your property to its best advantage. We advertise all properties on Rightmove and also on our website. <br /><br />Our staff are mature well motivated individuals with considerable experience of life in general, and have been with us for several years. They are therefore able to give the best possible service, and make well considered decisions on the large variety of situations which are encountered in the day to day management of your property. All major decisions will however be made by a director of the company.
