From June 1st 2019 Government have decided that tenants should only pay limited fees involved in setting up, running and closing a tenancy agreement, these fees are listed below. The asking price shown in our property advertising is the monthly rental cost of the property, in addition you will be required to pay a holding deposit and security deposit.
