Welcome to Bluebell Estates in Aylesford, Kent
  • Welcome to Bluebell Estates in Aylesford, Kent Unrivalled local knowledge and friendly professionalism make Bluebell Estates the top Estate Agent in Aylesford and the surrounding area.
  • Our fresh approach to selling and letting property balances traditional values and the latest technology to provide a service that we feel is second to none. With moving often being a daunting prospect, we aim to make the process for all parties involved as stress free as possible.
  • We look forward to assisting in any way possible with your property needs.
  • Selling property really isn’t rocket science and in our opinion, it comes down to the 3 P’s! The PICTURES have to instantly grab potential buyers from the endless list of properties that they are scrolling through online. We will help you to dress the rooms and take captivating photos with the best equipment, to make your home stand out from the crowd. The latest tools in our marketing arsenal are the latest drone to take aerial images showing your property in its backdrop and video tours, hosted on YouTube, meaning your home can be viewed virtually 24/7.
  • We include all of these tools and more at no extra charge.
  • Extensive PROMOTION of the property is key to getting your home seen by as many potential buyers as possible, that is why our properties are marketed on all of the major portals
  • Launching the property at the correct PRICE is key. Buyers are more sensitive than ever about how long a property has remained on the market unsold, so the asking price must be high enough to get you the best sale figure but not so high that you deter prospective buyers and lose that all important initial surge of interest.
  • Our decade of experience selling properties in this area has given us unrivalled knowledge on getting the price just right, first time.

Local knowledge

Living in Aylesford, Kent
We love Aylesford village. How can you not? It has a great community spirit, some really interesting historic properties and many places to eat and drink! Our favourite eatery has to be The Hengist; a recently refurbished restaurant, bar and brasserie with a lovely al-fresco terrace. The Chequers is a more traditional pub which serves food and has a wonderful riverside terrace. You can also enjoy a light bite inside or outside at The Village Pantry or perhaps a pint and a bite to eat in The Bush, public house. There are lovely riverside walks, walks through the neighbouring farmland and just on the edge of the village is The Friars; an ancient religious house open to the public with a cafe, farmers market and peaceful gardens. There is a small primary school in the centre of the village and further primary school just outside the village, both of which were rated as good in the latest Ofsted report as well as a secondary school in the wider Aylesford area.
