Bluestone Lettings - Shropshire

The asking rent does not include charges that may be payable before and/or for the duration of the tenancy. You may be required to make one or more of the following permitted payments:A refundable holding deposit (up to 1 weeks rent), refunded upon payment of the first months rent.A refundable tenancy deposit (up to 5 weeks&#39; rent);Variation of tenancy agreement/change of tenant when requested by the tenant - £50.00 including VAT (or reasonable costs incurred if higher).Early termination fee – the maximum fee charged will be equal to the rent outstanding.Rent arrears – interest payable from 14 days after rent due date at 2% above the Bank of England base rate.Lost keys/security devices – chargeable at cost upon the tenant being supplied with evidence of actual cost.Payment to service providers in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax.Payments permitted under appropriate legislation including for damages.
