Rent: Regular payment to a landlord for the use of the propertyHolding Deposit (Refundable): Payment made by a tenant to reserve that property. Tenancy Deposit of five weeks’ rent (Refundable): Deposit money held by the agent (or landlord) as security during the tenancy and reserved for any damages or defaults by the tenant. Default Payments: Payment may be required in the event of a default (e.g. requesting a replacement for a lost key).
