Following the acquisition of the Company in August 2014 by the D V Watkins groups director's M H Watkins and D V Watkins.  The Company originally was successfully established in 1970 as building contractors.  However, following the Housing Act 1988 it was evident there was an opening to offer a Professional Management Service to Landlords, which led to the opening of the office in School Lane, Leominster.
