Fees

£90 (Including VAT) per applicant together with £150
(including VAT) for the Tenancy Agreement. 

A company let is £250 (including VAT)  plus 
£150 (including VAT) for the Tenancy Agreement

Guarantor Fee is £90 (including VAT) covering credit referencing
and preparing a deed of Guarantee as part of the tenancy Agreement (only if
applicable)

These fees cover references, credit checks, tenancy
agreement and all associated documentation issued including an inventory.
