Key Information  1) Holding deposit - One week's rent.  2) Security deposit - Five week's rent. 3) Recurring payment - Monthly rental and utilities outlined in the tenancy agreement.  4) Late Rental Payment - If rent is 14 days past due, interest will be charged at 3% above the Bank Of England base rate.  5) Lost keys and security devices - tenant liable for a like for like replacement.  6) Contract variations - Fees for changing tenancy documents £120 7) Early termination of tenancy - Subject to landlord's approval; tenant responsible for costs related to re-letting the property and for rent until a new tenant is found. 8) Tenant Application Process - online application and referencing required. The holding deposit will be credited against fist months rent if referencing is successful.  9) After Tenancy -  Checkout inspection report will be prepared and compared to the inventory. Deductions will be made in accordance with the terms of the deposit scheme and your tenancy agreement for any damages and cleaning that are not considered fair wear and tear and will be chargeable under the relevant legislation including contractual damages.
