Change of tenant fee : £50.00

Fees to Landlords:

Let only fee: 7%

·       Advising as to the likely rental income

·       Advertising and generally marketing the Property to include ‘to let’ board

·       Showing prospective tenants around the property

·       Carrying out relevant checks on the potential tenant

·       Preparing the Tenancy Agreement and renewing the Agreement where necessary at the end of the Term (if instructed)

Full Management fee: 10% (including services listed above)

·       Taking a deposit from the tenant to be held by the Deposit Protection Scheme until the end of the tenancy when the property and contents have been checked for unfair wear and tear

·       Supplying names and numbers if required by the tenant for service companies and advising them to transfer service contracts into their names at the beginning of each tenancy

·       Arranging a full property inspection & inventory check/check out by a professional inventory company if requested by client

·       By monthly inspection of the property

·       Holding of emergency keys at no extra cost to the client
