The role of the company has changed over the years, but has always been centered around land and property, with a client base which has included some of the countries largest land and property owners. The mainstay of our business is residential lettings and during the last 150 years we have been one of Sheffield’s most prominent agents.
During the mid-sixties we branched out into servicing the common areas of  residential flat complexes and since this time this has become a major  part of our business. We currently manage in excess of ninety blocks of  flats in South Yorkshire and Deryshire, ranging from blocks of four to blocks of over sixty flats.
