Edward Taub has built up an excellent reputation over many years of trading and in January 2014, the company was acquired by John Bray Property Services with the intention of continuing to deliver a high level of service and to build upon the already successful brand.
John Bray, who has over thirty years’ experience in the letting and property industry, has taken over the running of the business. Having worked in both small and large corporate agencies, he understands the importance of providing that personal touch you would normally receive from a small agency and the technology you get from a larger corporate company and it is combining these two elements that will allow us to continue to offer and improve the level of service we feel our clients deserve.
We let all different types of properties ranging from the smallest studio flat to the largest detached house and irrespective of size or price, our approach remains consistent throughout. We carefully select the right tenants for a property in the knowledge that if both our Landlords and Tenants are happy, they will continue to use our services and recommend us to others.
Many of our clients have come to us due to recommendation and over the years a number or our Tenants have become Landlords and our Landlords Tenants. We consider it a compliment that people choose to use us because of our reputation or due to the service they have received from us as a Tenant or Landlord and we strive to maintain our high standards to ensure further clients are recommended in the future.
As part of our commitment to provide a full property service, in June 2014 we launched a designated department for sales, allowing us to provide the same service as we offer in lettings to selling your property.
