Evergreen Residential Property Services was established in April 2007 in Rochester High Street with the aim to provide a friendly and professional service to landlords and offer sound and accurate advice backed up by our own extensive experience in the property industry, having trained with and become members of both ARLA and the NAEA, and as landlords for over 20 years.
Through word of mouth from some very happy landlords our services have been required at an increasing rate every year.
We can provide professional assistance and advice on Letting and management of properties, repair, maintenance and refurbishment and energy efficiency.
