Giles Edwards was born and raised in the north east and has spent around 30 years working at the top end of the residential market. He worked for Knight Frank in Sloane Square and later in Esher, Surrey where he became a full partner in what became the top earning office in the country.
In 2000 he moved back up to Yorkshire with his wife and two children, where he was headhunted by the leading north east property group, City Loft Developments plc.
In 2009 Giles Edwards Yorkshire Property was founded. Giles saw a gap in the market for providing a highly professional, reliable, proactive property service to both buyers and sellers, helping them every step of the way with their transactions.
Since then, Giles has not looked back and the business, which quickly developed an extremely good reputation, is going from strength to strength.
