Peter Sanders (Property Pete) is a founder and co-owner of the business. Having been in the property industry for over three decades likes to help people with any property issues they may have. He bought his first property over 30 years ago and then built up a large portfolio before then also setting up a residential property management company, with his wife Lisa, which they sold in 2022. So as a Landlord and previous property manager has a vast amount of experience to call upon.


James Sibley has been with us for over 6 years and has been heading up the lettings side of the business for the past 2 years, dealing with all aspects of letting a property. James’ drive is excellent customer service and has always had an interest in property thanks to past experience in assisting with property renovations. James has since become an Associate Member of the RICS and also a Member of ARLA and continues to expand his area of expertise.



 Lisa Sanders is a partner in the business loves nothing more than a spreadsheet. Lisa also a landlady and having worked in residential block and estate management has experience in many aspects of the property industry.


Lisa has been (happily) married to Peter for over 20 years and they share a daughter Scarlett.

Lisa enjoys going to the gym and drinking cocktails but, not at the same time of course.
