We are a family owned Independent Estate Agent, with a combined in-house experience of over 30 years of working within Estate Agency. Our dedicated team is made up of not only experienced and skilled negotiators but also experienced Landlords. Over the past few years we have invested our own funds in many properties. The Director has come from a background of estate agency in Coventry.  He also possesses a wealth of experience in buying and selling as well as letting out properties to students and to the private market in the area.  As a landlord and homeowner, he understands what it’s like to be on all links of a chain and from both sides of a transaction, therefore wishes to channel this knowledge into providing the interpersonal service to all his clients.

The proactivity from the team at Henry’s means we don’t just put an advert out on portals. We play an active part in The University of Warwick, sponsoring societies and getting involved with events- mainly building a relationship with the students themselves. Cultivating and developing successful partnerships with overseas agencies has provided us direct access to International Students.
