Payable
to HC Lettings ‘the Agent’ before the tenancy starts 

 

Holding Deposit: 1 week’s
rent 
Tenancy Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent

First month’s rent: As agreed

 

During
the tenancy (payable to the Agent)

 

Payment
of £50 inclusive for each amendment requested to be
made to the tenancy agreement by the Tenant.

 

Payment
of interest for late rent payments at a rate of 3% above Bank of
England base rate and will apply to any rent due from the day of any default,
if the default continues for longer than 14 days. 

 

Payment
up to a maximum of £50 inclusive or greater where the Agent has receipts or
evidence to show such costs have been incurred for providing replacement keys
or security devices for the property.

 

Pay
the Agent their reasonable costs incurred to facilitate the creation of the
agreement and any associated services in relation to a surrender of the
tenancy.
