Homeworld manages a large stock of residential properties and specialise in HMO rentals, including legislation and regulations. We work closely with the local authorities to ensure all our properties are compliant. Homeworld offers a full or partial refurbishment service via our team of inhouse maintenance and subcontractors. If you are a potential investor, we do offer a property consultancy service prior to, or after purchase, to determine the suitability for renting and market value and guide you through the letting laws and legislation.

We offer a fully managed service or find only service for landlords who like to be more hands on. Homeworld also offers a refurbishment service, having a full team of contractors working for us and our own in-house maintenance team.
