Sutton Coldfield is a town seven miles outside of Birmingham city centre. It’s popular with both professionals and families alike because you can be in central Birmingham in less than half an hour while enjoying life in a thriving town with plenty going on locally. The local train station runs several services to Birmingham each hour, making it really easy to commute into the city centre. The M6 and M42 are both nearby, so commuting by car is viable too. There are fantastic local bus services running to and from Birmingham, and to other nearby places such as Tamworth and Lichfield.

Holding Deposit (Per Tenancy) - Equal to 1 weeks (agreed) rent This is to reserve a property.
