All quoted fees are non-refundable, all adults over the age of 18 will require referencing.

 Referencing fee per adult is £156.00 Including vat
 
 Guarantor referencing fee (if required) is £85.00 Including vat
 
 Company referencing fee is £200.00 Including vat
 
 The first month&#39;s rent and deposit is due in cleared funds prior to occupation of any rented property.
 
 A deposit of one and a half times the agreed rent is taken on each rented property.
 
 Additional pet deposits are payable on pet friendly 
properties with landlords consent, typically an additional one month&#39;s 
rent to the deposit.
 
 Please note, no additional fees are payable for a renewal or extension of a tenancy agreement.
 
 Any rent advertised is pure rent and does not include
 additional services such as council tax, water or utility charges 
unless stipulated otherwise.
