To move into our flats, we require 2 weeks rent in advance, 2 weeks bond, £50 key fee and £100 holding fee up front which will be transferred to the bond.Our houses require 4 weeks rent in advance, 4 weeks bond, £50 key fee and £100 holding fee up front which will be transferred to the bond.
