Tenant Fees An Application Fee &amp; Holding Fee will be due on all properties rented through Pawan Kansal. Please see below the breakdown of our standard fees, the fee structure is subject to change depending on individual circumstances.Initial Application Fees Applications fees cover our administration cost which include; tenant referencing, Credit Checks, Landlord checks, DPC registration, Gas safety certificate checks, EPC checks, Smoke detector checks, Drawing up if the tenancy agreement, Drawing up of the Inventory, and completing the check in and end of tenancy check out of the property.Application fee for new tenant: £400.00* Application for any additional tenant: £150.00* Adding a tenant midterm: £150.00* Tenancy Renewal: £250.00* Tenancy Renewal plus adding an additional tenant: £300.00* Holding Fee In addition to the application fee, we require a holding fee in order to secure the property to remove it off the market until you move in. Please kindly note that this is not an additional charge and the holding fee will be deducted from the total deposit figure due on the day you move in. If the landlord decides to not proceed with your application despite satisfactory references then the holding fee will be returned to you in full. However if you decide to not proceed with a tenancy after submitting your application then the holding deposit will not be returned.Holding Fee: £500.00*
