Tenant application/administration fee&#39;s apply to this property, which are £162 (inc VAT)  for the first applicant and £72 (inc VAT) for subsequent applicants, should a guarantor be required a fee of £60inc VAT is payable.  References are undertaken by an external referencing agency and are subject to a minimum 3 day turnaround.  The tenancy will not commence until we have received satisfactory references
