Preliminary Payment- £350 (Paid in advance and applied to
first statement of monies payable. If for any reason you do not proceed with
the tenancy, this preliminary payment is non-refundable)

month&#39;s gross rental x 1.25

Check-in Charge- £90-£150 (Dependent upon number of
bedrooms)

Agency fees- Based on 54% of the monthly rental (With a
minimum of £300 and a maximum of £660 for a standard tenancy) [For &#39;sharers&#39;
there is an additional charge of £36 for each additionally named occupier]

TDS registration charge- £30

Credit Check Charge- £24 per applicant over the age of 18
years

Guarantor Reference Fee- £36 per guarantor (Only if a
guarantor is required)
