Tenant Charges Initial charges:- Preparation of tenancy agreement £300 per tenancy (this may vary if a landlord uses his own or a 3rd party agreement) - Referencing, including Right to Rent check - individual applicant or guarantor £60 per person - Right to Rent check for each additional adult occupant - £6 per person - Referencing - company tenant or guarantor £66 per application - Inventory check-out (but may vary) £130 per tenancy - Holding deposit 1 x week&#39;s rent * These charges will be taken once you make a formal offer for a property.
