KMJ Property - Crowborough

KMJ Property is family run Estate Agents in Crowborough,  Forest Row and Tunbridge Wells owned and run by us - David & Suzanne Johnson (the K, M & J are the initials of our three children, two of whom have recently joined us working for the business).

KMJ Property was established in 2008 and we provide a personal, professional and enthusiastic approach to selling properties throughout Tunbridge Wells and surrounding villages. David and Suzanne are both members of The Property Ombudsman Scheme and qualified with the NAEA.

We all live locally with our families and have good knowledge of the local area, including schools, transport, shops, facilities, walks and clubs. Katrina and Sarah both currently live in the Rusthall village, and are on hand to give recommendations for unmissable restaurants, pubs and events in the village.

Our in-house software is cloud based enabling us to access the information we require quickly and efficiently from anywhere with internet connection! Meaning that even if the office is closed and we are out and about, as long as we have a mobile phone signal, we can access the whole of our database via the mobile phone, laptop or tablet. We are contactable 7 days a week so even when our office is closed, phone messages and emails come through to our mobile. Estate agency isn’t just our work, it’s who we are, and we pride ourselves on good old fashioned customer service.

We have been known to receive an offer, put it forward, agree the offer and send the confirmations whilst cooking a family Sunday dinner.

At KMJ Property we feel that we are part of the community and involve ourselves in as many local events as possible and help to promote these events via advertising, word of mouth and twitter etc. You may spot us running a stall at the summer fete, being marshals for the Bonfire night or dressing our shop with lights and tinsel at Christmas.

In 2019 we started talking about evolving the business and in 2020 among the Covid19 crisis, we decided to spread our wings and develop the business outside of our core area. In 2021 we opened a new branch in Crowborough, and expanded our team meaning that we now have the ‘K’ and the ‘M’ in the office.
