It seemed appropriate to concentrate in providing a consultancy service in this sector.The original company KuDos Properties London was formed in May 2015 and has since be made dormant with the Kudos Residential Consultants London taking a new direction.The director’s previous experience was gained in the capacity as an Account Manager in Asset Finance, Contract Hire, Leasing and Motor Finance a good back round for client relations.So we saw an opening in the Sales and Lettings market and the conclusion was that a Specialist Account Management Service would be appropriate in providing our clients a representative to oversee all aspects of their investment and portfolio.
