Two Bed Flat/House -     £1,500.00 

Three Bed
Flat/House -  £1,900.00

Four Bed Flat/House -    £2,100.00

Five Bed Flat/House -  £2,300.00

Management Services & fees:

Rent collection Only - Upfront set up fee of £1250.00 (Incof VAT) -  9.6% (Inc of VAT) of the rent

Full Management - Upfront set up fee of £1250.00 (Inc of VAT) - 12% (Inc of VAT) of the rent

Fully comprehensive Management - No upfront cost - 22% (Inc of VAT) of the rent

Sales Fees:

1.8% (Inc of  Vat)
