One Bed Flat/ Studio -    £ 1,000.00 (Inclusive of Vat),

Two Bed Flat/House -     £1,200.00 (Inclusive of Vat),

Three Bed
Flat/House -  £1,450.00 (Inclusive of Vat). 

Four Bed Flat/House -    £1,650.00 (Inclusive of Vat) 

Five Bed Flat/House -     £1.750.00 (Inclusive of Vat) 

Management fees:

Rent collection Only -9.6% (Inclusive of Vat) of the rent collection,

Full Management -12% (Inclusive of Vat) of the
rent collection

Fully comprehensive Management - 21% (Inclusive of Vat) of the rent collection

Sales Fees:

1.8% (Inclusive of Vat)
