To apply for a Property, each Tenant must:<ul><li>Provide a Photographic ID</li><li>Provide evidence of current address</li><li>Provide a current Credit Report</li><li>Complete an Application Form</li><li>Comply with Right to Rent Check</li></ul> To secure a property whilst the application is being processed, a Holding Deposit will be taken. The Holding Deposit is equal to 1 weeks rent. The Holding Deposit is non-refundable unless the Landlord or Agent withdraws the property or the Tenant has falsified/mislead/withheld information on the Application Form/ID/Credit Report. Once the Tenancy has been approved the Holding Deposit will be added to the Tenancy Deposit and held by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
