Martin & Co Chelsea is our newest and second office in Chelsea. We have five offices in the area working together to specialise in house sales, lettings and property management in & around Chelsea, South Kensington, Gloucester Road, Knightsbridge and Kensington and have been providing expert advice and honest guidance over all areas of the property market since 2004.

Simon Stilwell is the Manager running the branch, having lived in the area for most of his life he brings excellent on-the-ground knowledge of Chelsea and has a proven track record with a number of satisfied clients who have bought & sold though the business. Simon works closely, and on a daily basis, with Michael van de Vyver, the owner of the business, and the team are passionate about the area and in finding the ideal property for each and every one of their valued customers.
