Matt Morrison Property Group is a specialist property sourcing and development company that operate in central and southern Scotland. Since 2020, we have been involved hundreds of property transactions throughout Scotland. Focusing on, but not exclusively, lower end high yielding investment properties for ourselves and clients. We buy at discount from valuation, add value through refurbishment and then either let out to tenants or re-sell on the open market.<br />We are fortunate enough to work with many overseas and non-local buyers who trust us to take care of their investment property needs here in Scotland through our hands off service. Scottish property boasts some of the highest yields in the UK as well as a very buoyant rental and sales market.<br />We only focus on what we do well and what we enjoy.
