I have worked in the London property market for over 25 years, 15 of which was as a manager for one of the big, national agencies where I gained expert knowledge in my field and benefited from first class training courses but, the one thing that was always lacking, was the freedom to offer a truly personal and flexible service. You can’t do that with targets and company rules getting in the way so I decided to set up my own business and called it McQueens London.

Over the years I have worked hard to build up an impressive portfolio of professional and loyal landlords – some have only one property to rent but the majority have several. When they wanted to sell a property, I worked closely with the sales department to make sure everything went smoothly, now I take responsibility for sales myself. I have always looked after my landlords and tenants well but since setting up my own agency, with the freedom to make fairer and more personalised decisions, I can offer my clients an even better service that I can feel truly proud of.

Like all reputable estate and lettings agents, McQueens London is a member the DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme), a member of the Property Ombudsman Scheme as well as having full professional liability insurance through Hiscox in the City of London. It is important to me that my clients have peace of mind and know that they are dealing with a company that values integrity.
