We were recently awarded first place in &#39;best estate agency office&#39; in the whole of Norfolk and Suffolk and we came third in the whole of the U.K. at the ESTAS, the UK&#39;s largest estate agency awards hosted by Phil Spencer from &#39;Location Location&#39;.  Our story is an interesting one. Jamie Minors and Alex Brady were passionate estate agents who had relentlessly worked their way up from Trainee Negotiators, to Senior Valuers, to Branch Managers for other firms; Pymm &amp; Co and Haart respectively. Both Jamie and Alex had a long term plan to build their way of buying and selling via their own brand to ensure their same ethos was practiced daily. As competing rivals in the property industry, but friends outside of business, they coincidentally both realised they were due to set up their own firms in the same area.  After much discussion, they both realised they wanted the same thing; to deliver the best possible service to all buyers and sellers across Norfolk, with one &#39;super team&#39; under one brand.  From there, as they say, the rest is history. Minors &amp; Brady is now an award winning estate agent offering an unrivalled level of service in our area. Our key strength is that an owner of the business oversees all aspects of buying and selling, 7 days a week.
