Moreland was first established in Golders Green North London, and has become Golders Green’s most reputable estate agents and now opened and office in Canons Park/Stanmore North London. Over the years we’ve dealt with every conceivable type of property in every kind of market. Our website has been designed to be informative, descriptive and above all simple to use, enabling you to form ideas and perceptions of what you might want quickly and efficiently, properties are placed on the website within 24 hours of receiving instructions. Find location maps for easy reference, printable details, accurate floor plans and much more.

Attention to Details

We provide full colour property information sheets. All properties for sale will have a minimum of one colour photograph, in most cases there will be at least 4, internal and exterior shots, a map locator, amount, and the vendors opinion on their property.

In many cases we often use glossy brochures of either 2 or 4 pages. These can be produced within 5 working days and viewed online by the owner to speed the production process up. We only have one level of service – the highest.

Moreland’s policy is to use high quality colour advertising in newspapers and magazines which have a blend of news, exclusive interviews, reviews, interiors and fashion giving them a longer shelf life, both locally and nationally including avenues, the Edgware and Harrow Times, the Jewish News, the Jewish Chronicle, North West magazine and Exclusive magazine. Also the Daily Mail, The Sunday Times, The Telegraph, The Independent and the Evening Standard.
