FEES 
All charges shown are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate unless otherwise
stated. 
Reference and Administration Fees for a new tenancy: 
The following reference fees apply: 
Single Person - £240.00 
Each additional applicant thereafter - £36.00 
Each guarantor will be charged £240.00 
Company reference - £240.00

Administration Fee USAF Military £120.00

After
payment of reference/administration fees the property will be removed from the
market and referencing will commence. Should you decide not to proceed with the
tenancy for any reason, these fees are non-refundable. If the landlord decides
not to let the property for any reason other than non receipt of satisfactory
references all fees paid by the tenant/s will be refunded. All applications and
negotiations are subject to contract, successful referencing and landlord
approval. 
 
Payments required for tenancy to commence and before release of keys:

Deposit: 
The deposit is equivalent to one and a half months rent and is held with a
Tenancy Protection Scheme.  Morris
Armitage use The Dispute Service or The Deposit Protection Service.  

Rent: 
1 full
month’s rent is also payable in advance.

Pet Clause:  £50.00 &#43; VAT non-refundable at the end of the Tenancy.

Checkout:  There is a checkout fee at the end of the tenancy for Fully
Managed Properties of £90.00 and this is deducted from the deposit.

Card Payments:  There is a fee of 1% on debit card payments and a 3% charge
on all credit card and international payments.
