Our

will recalculate our fee on a pro-rata basis for all full month’s in which rent
was paid and refund the difference, provided that our original fee was paid in
full.

Renewal

If the original tenancy is for a period longer than 364 days or is extended for the
same tenant occupier, a further charge becomes payable to us at the outset of

8% inc VAT for a lettings service or 10% inc VAT for a management service of
the rent payable during the extended period(s) or renewal for a property.

Deposit

Properties are part of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. If you require us to lodge
the deposit into a Tenancy Deposit scheme we will charge a fixed fee of £60 inc
VAT. If you do not wish to pay our fee, you will need to make arrangements for
the deposit to be lodged in a government-provided scheme within 30 days of the
commencement of the tenancy.
