(All fees are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate and
include referencing, credit check/credit score, processing application,
registration of tenant’s deposit with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, processing
and approval of a ‘Right to Rent Check’ for the Home Office, inventory check in
and check-out’, provision of references for your next property).

Standard applicants:

Single applicant                            £300.00

Two applicants                             £450.00

Additional applicants                  £150.00
(for every additional applicant).

Guarantor                                     £100.00
(each)

Company/Relocation assisted: £450.00

(Where external companies will administer any part of the
application process on behalf of the tenant additional work has to be carried
out for which the cost is increased including additional lease review, liaison
with appointed inventory clerks and further review).
