With a natural flair for property, Peter Stone has successfully turned the management and ownership of properties into exciting business opportunities both for his companies, clients and friends.

Having set-up Stone Properties (Chigwell) Limited, Peter was then approached by a close friend, who wanted to sell his company in order to retire. In August 2000, Next Home Ltd was born. With a unique and innovative approach to lettings and under Peter’s direction and management, the property portfolio and asset value of properties managed is now in excess of £70 million.
