A Deposit is payable, as stipulated by the Tenant Fees Act 2019 at five weeks for Tenancies under £50,000.00 per annum and at six weeks for those over the annual threshold. For Non-Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements or Non-Licences, you will be charged £250.00 inc VAT per person (applicable for the first four Tenants only), the fee will cover our duties in introducing you to the Tenancy, including but not limited to; conducting viewings, negotiations, arranging and verifying references, performing Right to Rent Checks where applicable and finalising the contracts. The Onslows Client Money Protection Scheme is provided by Propertymark.
