The method we use for calculating the weekly price is: (monthly price x 12) / 52, rounded to the nearest pound. Letting fees information Please note the charges listed below are the MAXIMUM fees that will be applied depending on your circumstances and the number of tenants.  Pre - tenancy   The Initial Money consists of:  First month’s rent in advance Security Deposit a security deposit is required equating to at least 1 and a half month’s rent. This deposit is held by us or passed to your landlord. Your security deposit must be protected by your agent or the landlord via a government approved tenancy deposit scheme. This is to ensure that if disputes arise these will be resolved by an independent third party. Within 30 days of paying your deposit your landlord or agent is required to give you details of the scheme Agency fee: £350 Includes viewings, negotiating, handling references, drafting up the tenancy agreement, all administration work and releasing the keys  Tenant referencing: £100 By third party, charged per tenant including right to rent check  Guarantor referencing: £100Where required, charged per guarantor inventory and check in from: £140 - £184 During tenancy  If we are instructed to process your rent payments and or provide a management service Changes to tenancy: £300 Late rent payment: £30Charged per reminder letter/email Notice served: £99Only charged to the tenant where the tenant is in breach of contract Renewal of tenancy: £150Charged per tenancy *all fees mentioned are inclusive of vat*
