A partnership later developed with a family-run estate agency with offices throughout Cardiff. The need for further expansion led to Peter Wood incorporating a property management division. In 1989 Peter Wood Residential Ltd became an independent family-run business with offices spanning Penarth and Cardiff. It was during this period of growth and activity that we were ranked in the top 10 fastest growing companies in Wales.
