Welcome to plum lettings, a small, boutique agency letting and managing property in the Wandsworth and Merton boroughs since 1990.  For almost 30 years we were located on the 'Grid', a very popular residential area of Southfields, but in 2018 moved to new premises just a mile down the road in SW19.

Truly independent and in complete contrast to many of the large chains you will form a working relationship with the same small team of people headed by founder/manager Fay Perera, which means we can provide a very personal, bespoke service.  What's more, we are dedicated to letting and management which is our sole business, not just a sideline.

Over the years we have adapted to an abundance of new legislation affecting the letting industry and have witnessed the arrival and departure of many competitors. Our landlords and tenants trust and return to us and as much of our business is by "word of mouth" we know we must be getting it right! We always try to "go the extra mile" for our clients, and it is this that sets us apart from other agents.
