Tenancy Start Up &#61; £400 (i.e. £333.33 &#43; £66.67 VAT)   Includes ALL pre-Tenancy costs for 2 people
with NO Guarantor, e.g. referencing, &#39;Right to Rent&#39; checks, Tenancy Agreement,
full Inventory and professional Check-in. 
Max 2 people with 7 working days from when reference forms and payment
are received and Tenancy starts.

 Single Person Tenancy Start Up (timing/situation as above) &#61;
£350 (£291.83 &#43; £58.33 VAT)

 Express Check-in &#61; £150 (£125 &#43; £25 VAT) per property,
irrespective of the number of occupants.  Only applies if anyone wants to move in less
than 7 working days. 

Payment MUST be received by cash or bank transfer (not
credit or debit card) before Tenancy preparations and referencing can
start.  Tenancy Start Up charges are
non-refundable if references prove unsuccessful, or any Tenant or Guarantor
withdraws.
