required to complete an on line application for which there is a refundable holding fee equivalent to one weeks rent which if the letting goes ahead will form part of the first months rent.  Please note however this fee can be retained in certain circumstances of default by the tenant.  Subject to a satisfactory reference report being received an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) will be prepared which you will be required to sign.  On commencement the first months rent will be payable along with s deposit equivalent to five weeks rent after which keys will be made available to you.
